Smileycons!  Hi .. I take a nap almost everyday. Sometimes they only last 20 min. but I always feel better afterward. Hope you are doing well and the roof is fixed. Thank you for visiting my blog and showing concern for my health.

Naps are good for your health, both physically and mentally as long as they are kept short (under 2 hours), Don't fight it - your body is trying to tell you something. Enjoy them!
