Tomatillos - how to make salsa- basically you peel them, then cook them with water until they are soft, add onions and cook them - and maybe a jalepeno. Then after they are cooked you put them in a blender. add some salt - and you have green salsa!

I am sorry about the man, or rather for his wife. He is fine. She is along and misses him. I don't know how to use them. i see them but I have never cooked them. You are a sweet and caring woman.
