I think your closing remark is key – only you can protect yourself or insulate yourself from any game playing or emotional tug of wars. It’s YOU that has to find resolve as to whether you’re in or out and once you arrive at your decision you have to live it, breathe it, and embrace it with every fibre of your being. I wish you that kind of resolve….
