I see some people consciously working at the three points you mentioned
and to me itself I know what a difference this has made.

Thank you for this post :) I do tell others when I think they are doing a great job or look wonderful or otherwise add something positive to my life! To my husband's endless annoyance, I'm not above shouting "Nice car!" to a person driving through a parking lot, or telling the deli girl what a fantastic job she does making sure the cheese is separated.

What we give out is always what we get back
it takes a second to say 'thank you' and even less effort to smile; it's amazing what a difference it makes to so many people! Excellent post; many blessings and thanks
