How does one glean someone's attitude?
So you've experienced being arrested for disturbing the peace?
For you to call someone else one-sided is at best laughable......

still, the attitude of the police had a lot to do with it.
if you haven't witnessed it firsthand, you don't know.
but of course you guys are painfully one-sided anyway.

The President was way out of line by commenting on this.....
if there is a civil suit of any sort, his comment is in effect, an influence on potential outcomes.........but, hey, the answer wasn't on the teleprompter, so he had to "Biden" his way through.........

Here's the thing -- if you have ever observed police attitudes in certain
cases, you can understand why some people react the way they do.
Mainly because they have a kind of "authority", and something of an immunity, the act with impunity toward ordinary citizens.
Since there is no voice recording, you don't know the attitude or tone of voice of the police officer.
I suppose Pres. Obama had known of such things first hand, thus, from his own experience, made the judgement statement.
I won't say the po9lice report is inaccurate, but if you want things to appear positive for your side . . .
Also, regarding the situation -- a real intruder would not have acted as Mr. Gates did.
