Ifyou-please, you might want to read...
...An Essay On Morals by Philip Wylie. The book is out of print after the second edition, but you can find it in the library, and on several of the used book websites. I really, really, REALLY recommend it.

I find this concept very satisfying.

Yes, I enjoyed reading this, and I enjoyed Ayn Rand's writing too.

Harvey, I think the key word...
...in your comment is "yet." I suspect that no matter how much we learn about our universe, there always will be a "yet" to keep us going.

Thank you, Ariala, for your kind words...
...Now I need to sit down with you and talk about your point of view, because I certainly didn't understand it from your comment. I suspect we would have some interesting conversations.

There is a right and wrong.
The spiritual, in my opinion, determines the physical, which is why scientists fail to answer all of life's mysteries empirically. There are some things we simply cannot yet explain, and that idea is a valid as any other. Excellent essay, Argee!

Great research and good post. I believe we live in a holographic

universe...That doesn't take away from our freedom of choice and from right and wrong.  Everything is frequency.  It's all about resonance.  God is omnipotent because the universe is His thought.  Electrons are thoughts.  He, being the author of His creation, can be everywhere because He is connected to all things.  We were made in His image and are connected to each other by way of energy.  I think that a person needs to be intellectually honest and not let the left or right dominate his quest for truth.  Otherwise you lose objectivity. Thanks again!
