Maybe instead of  Why I'm Definitely NOT the Poster Child for an employee. . . ,

you should use the title Why I'm Definitely NOT the Poster Child for Employee of the Month.

Wellllllllllllll ..................  The purpose would be true, but I'm not sure of anything else.   Which is why I never wrote any of those books.  Alas.
