Quite lovely
Your description of the tops of the trees dancing in the wind strikes quite an image.  I had appreciation for this poem.  Nice job!

I love it when a heart sings a song it has never heard before! Wonderful imagery! I am doing better these days and my young adults are hanging in there! I still have one child to tell yet but impossible to reach him in the Bering Sea! Time will come soon enough! How have you been? Love you very much sweetie! sammie xoxoxoxo

Rain being symbolic of purification. I always liked that symbol.

This is so gorgeous Sinome!
Rain always makes me think of a cleansing and re-birth; beautifully done as always; many blessings and thanks

what a beautiful poem - as refreshing as the rain that you so lovingly write about

Dearest Marta - before I go into great praises for your work because it's magnificent - I think there should be an 'e' instead of an 'i' in unencumbered.

Now, the real reason I'm commenting:  This piece is a "storming beauty" if you don't mind the cliche too much.  It's a lovely reminder on how much I love the rain (although - keep this a secret! - I'm scared of thunder!)  and how much rain just seems to wash away all the bad of the days before it and leave a fresh new day to look forward to.  Have you ever noticed the sky after a long day of rain?  The first day the sun comes out is priceless.  The skies are so beautiful that I just stand there and stare for the longest of times.  I get lost in them.    Can you tell how much I love this poem and all the things it reminds me of???
