What an awesome lesson! I am in awe of the foresight to take the long way to demonstrate the point! Wonderful post! I have gotten behind because I got into a bad attitude with my meds and stopped taking them which produced major headaches! Today I am much better! Cold turkey is a wrong thing to do!
