self-validation? or any old version of validation...
It's like a hug, or a pat on the shoulder, or a warm cup of cocoa. It's sweet and affirming and it nourishes. It's sunshine on your shoulder, a vitamin for your doubt. Feeling you are a valid useful person leans your toward being generous, kind, accepting and easy to be around. It's a self-fulfilling prophecy.
