Live dream by dream...
I thought this was a wonderfully sweet poem; encouraging, yet cautionary.
Your poem reminded me of a line from a poem by Langston Hughes.
"Hold fast to dreams,
For if dreams do die,
Life is a broken wing'd bird
That cannot fly."

This might be strange, but I was anxiously awaiting your poem today. I don't know why. Then I read it - and I figured it out. Your words focused me. I was a little helter kelter about life today, and then your poem set me straight. No wonder I was anxious.
