It's not a tit-for-tat thing, but I'll check out new commenters to see
what they write. It's how I found a few of my favorites. Depends sometimes on what else is going on that I have to take care of outside Blogit.

Sometimes one has to stop and assess. Some bloggers belong to cliques and don't read outside of that. Some bloggers write stuff that I don't care for. Generally, I know who to read by their content!

Timmy ..
I read all over blogit and still fail to get to everyone. I really don't worry about return clicks .. I'll continue to read if I'm enjoying a blog. Although it is polite to return clicks .. I'm bothered sometimes when I sense someone is only returning a click and not really enjoying my post. If they knew me they would know that was not a necessary action in order for them to have my continued reading while I'm enjoying their post.

I read a lot of people, some comment or leave a calling card.
Some don't. I don't know if they read me or not, but I still read them, most of them, that is, whenever I can.

It's difficult to determine! I know there are people reading me who don't leave comments (I know because I get more clicks), but I
also sometimes read without commenting...anyway, I don't have any hard and fast rules about it...

Some get by anyway if the content is something I am really interested in.

I always try to read
those who comment on my posts but also a number who don't - there's so much good stuff on Blogit, only time is the great selector

I read what I love reading. I have decided to curb my expectations of return click/reads.

Good one, Tim...
There are writers whose work I really enjoy and the titles of the posts are enough by themselves to have me skating across the virtual ice to gorge myself with the sweetmeats of juggernaut minds other than my own...I don't expect return of the same if I read a post; I don't think it's fair to throw rocks at windows because the shades are drawn...
