When I saw Passion of Christ several years ago, it brought home how brutal Jesus' death was. He died for us, so we can have a new life - if we choose to.

"He was wounded for our transgressions, he was bruised for our iniquities: the chastisement of our peace was upon him; and with his stripes we are healed. All we, like sheep have gone astray. We have turned everyone to his own way and the Lord hath layed on Him the iniquity of us all."

I think Mel Gibson's film...The Passion of Christ was very accurate. How many Judases are there now, out there, betraying those who follow Christ!
