On a serious note here. They (the media) do tend to emphasize one type of cancer when there are so many. Perhaps they should have a weekly awareness spot that tells about a different cancer and then alternates.

Ita already been said, but I'll say it again, early detection is SO

important...one of our staff members, barely 30, has stage four colon cancer right now and is sceduled for immediate surgery...

as uncomfortable as some of the checks are, if we value our lives (and our families, because this is ultra important to them, too) we need to do them!.....

There are no incurable diseases. Cancer has been cured but no one is pushing the cure. REASON: Big pharma cannot make money out of it!

Yes, a finger is much better than a hand.
A hand would require lots of banjo music...

Ah, Timmy
It's so great to see you haven't changed a bit!  I agree....great slogan!!!  Are you still in the auto business?  You really should be in advertising!!

That is a great slogan!
My grandfather died of colon cancer, so everyone in my family takes it seriously.

I am with you!  Detection is everything! My brother-in-law is a colon cancer survivor! sam

Another cancer that should be buddied up is skin cancer--melanoma.  Early detection is everything where it is concerned.  One of my sisters died because she ignored a spot on her upper arm for too long.  Buddies need to check each other head to toe often for any new and unusual growths of question.

Like your slogan.

Good idea.
The more we talk about these admittedly frightening topics the better it will be. Good for you.

Timmy

For some reason the very word cancer is so frightening that it requires a little humour to raise awareness.  So I like your idea….
