I had fun making each of my grandchildren a special quilt for their cribs years ago. They each carried those things around with them until they were nothing but rags. I made each of them by hand while I sat with my Alzheimer's Dad keeping track of him. It seemed to keep him pieceful watching me do that. I'm sure he remembered his mama quilting when he was little.
