We have some whipping March winds here today, but nothing else much comparable to what you describe in your poem.  The forsythia bushes and daffodils are, though, beginning to bloom nicely.

Oh, I read this as if I was standing there, feeling the ebb and tide of my life moving under my feet! Bravo, Sinome!! This is beautiful and heartfelt.

...and full of lovely imagery(I love the water), yet somehow not depressing. I like the way you finished it...closure, yet a tinge of hope.
