Yeah, I have one.  Under the sofa cushions, behind the coffee pot, wedged between the microwave and fridge, lol.  Cute name for it, Jingle Jar.  I like it!

into four, two boxes, divided in half, one for pennies, dimes, nickels and quarters. the quarters are used only for washing at our complex, the rest is used for emergency purposes only. loose change is emptied into it, every time a bill is broke. it adds up fast, and can save you a world of hurts!!!

I had one a long time ago and put all my husbands change in it.  I bought a sewing machine with it.  It had $120 in it!

I use to do this for myself and should again really.
but what I do now is.....my 2 children have a chart and a money box each and I give them my spare change for them to save for something they want if they are good.

I do! But I have all my coins sorted and in different containers! I have had to dig into too! It is a life saver for those times when it is just a few days short of payday! I wish I could leave it alone though!  sam
