You should go back...
and least let them rectify the situation...really. I used to manage a salon and spa (we also made several donations to Locks of Love because I feel it is SUCH an important charity) and know for certain that they WANT to do a better job for you next time, so give the chance to redeem themselves. I know it's difficult to imagine putting your baby through that again, but she needs to see that situations can be resolved for the better! Kudos to you and your girls for such caring and selfless generosity!

It is a wonderful gesture! Congratulations to both of them! My daughter is a stylist and get infuriated when others don't take the responsibility for human error! sam
