An envious, self-absorbed, why-not-me kind of person does turn a bilious shade of green every time I mention I've lost another pound.  Ell doesn't mention it so much as spit it, and she does keep offering me 20 of her pounds - free.

Well?  Did they find that laptop, ginnie?  One thing I do know is that you will be feeling extremely empty.  I hope you are also feeling very well.  Cheers.

'tis good news, that y'r a fine strappin' laddie,
despite a duck feather allergy. And you've lost nine pounds.  You know, an envious, self-absorbed, why-not-me kind of person might read all this and turn a billious shade of green.

Congrats on the good bill of health Mac!
Now pardon me while I go and ingest 32 pills to 'prepare' for my colonoscopy tomorrow!
