Go to I Do, Adieu

- Go to Today is his birthday
You may not believe this but we have a lot in common. My daughter's father (not my about-to-be ex-husband) insisted that we live with his mother. It was disastrous because she undermined my every move and received more attention from my daughters than I did. What made it worse was that he was never able to see the truth. He made it clear that he wasn't leaving the nest...so I did! I do understand and the only way to make it better is if you make it better becuase you deserve better. If you need anything, I'm here rooting for you.

Go for it and move on. What a mother-in-law. I feel for you.

When your dear one is interested in smeone, you still try, but they go.....
it happens, when situation arises, be brave....you can move on.....it seems hard but when you let go the person
who never loved you truly...........you feel much better.......

Re: Flapper
It is very difficult, harder than most people could ever imagine. I just want so badly what I wanted it to be and let that cloud what it really was.
And sadly, after 20 years, it becomes something safe, almost a comfort and I am just so sad.

Flapper
It’s difficult to stop trying – or thinking “I’ll just give it this one last try”. Don’t beat yourself up. Most of us have probably done it. What a drag about his mother....
