I don't know about Idaho, but (yes, I peeked at your profile!) Michigan is certainly eager for the money. But what will all that money do to correct the Granholm administration's mismanagement of state business that helped keep the state in recession? Absolutely nothing. Nor will it remedy any other root causes of problems, only buy billions of dollars worth of bandaids.
