Maybe the reason they don't see your "weakness" is because you hide it. You put on a brave face and meet the world. Courage isn't the absence of fear. It's performing in spite of it.

Maybe sometimes it is something that people just say but there must be conviction in your thinking and in your words for people to see this side of you. And the curled up on the couch thing – that’s all part of healing, renewing, and refuelling. You’ll get off the couch, lose those blemishes, and start eating soon enough. Be patient with yourself.

I've just said the same thing myself not five minutes ago
I think you need a big hug honey

I get told the same thing all the time. I can't for the life of me see it. and yet just getting out of bed every day is something we acheive so we are stronger than we think we are. The only thing I can say is to be good to yourself.
