Funny how some people are resistant to change – or going about things in a different way.  Guess Vince likes the hole punch approach but I suspect it’s because that’s how you’ve been doing things for quite some time.

There may be problem. What if the customer says you gave her the receipt but, iinadvertently, did not give the money. How do you defend your psition? What may better is to have the customer initial the second receipt and keep it for a few days before discarding. It is quite unlikely anyone will come to claim after a few days.
