However as groups go, I would say judging by behavior in Africa or any inner city in the civilized world that blacks are more misadventurous sexually. The lack of education only goes to prove my point not yours.
What can anyone prove? Very little. There is no proof that homosexuality is genetic, but many including myself believe it is.
Try observing behavior and quit relying so much on what can and cannot be proven. With that attitude you'll be waiting at the bus stop and missing every bus that comes by.
To me your thought patterns indicate you have to be told what to think. As if you have no confidence in your own observations. That is proof of liberal brainwashing. Waiting for Keith Olbermann to say it.
What about that geneticist that enraged everyone when he said in 10 years they'll be able to prove with absolute certainty that blacks are less intelligent? If this gets proven it will change nothing.
Libs like yourself will continue making excuses and calling it bogus while others will say "we knew it all along."
You just don't believe that different races have different gifts and drawbacks. This is the false utopian in you. Denial.
As for my grammar, I don't see where it's flawed. Punctuation is often a matter of choice and besides liberals always attack peoples grammar. Thats a sign of weakness. As if the arguement can't be won so they attack grammar. Childish.

So what, exactly, do you base your conclusions on, then? How are you measuring sex drive? I have read studies that explicitly state that rate of STD's is their measure of variation in sex drive by race. They made no attempt to account for the effects of economic status, which shows sloppy research but does not strengthen their arguments.
If I have properly worked through the absent grammar of your statement, you seem to believe that the best examples of a given race are the poor and uneducated members of that race. I have to disagree with that, but then I am generally against stereotyping of races as a useless and uninformative exercise. There is too much variation within any given race to learn much from one 'type'. It is nonsense to say an educated black man isn't black, as much as to say an uneducated white man isn't white.
But there is abundant evidence that education and access to contraceptives does have a positive effect on STD's and unwanted pregnancy, an effect that is not race-dependent. But education and health care cost money. But if done right, it is money well spent.

But the numbers reflect whose smarter and who isn't in general. You can also check rape statistics but you'll just rationalize that as well. Your need to believe in rationalizations like socio-status helps perpetuate your delusion of everything working out perfectly for you and your liberal ilk. All races will and should someday have equal money and STD's. That's liberal delusion for you.
Too bad reality destroys your utopian vision but you can keep giving them your money anwyay. It doesn't take 400,000,000 or much education to prevent STD's.
Just wear a bag or be abstinent.

You, sir, are racist as well as ignorant. The concept that black men have increased sex drive is an old stereotype, and current support for it is based mainly on the increased rate of STD's among the black community. But the increased rate of STD's is related to socioeconomic status and education, not just between races, but among people within a given race. There is a larger percentage of poor and uneducated among blacks, hence the increased STD rates. By the same argument, Jews and Asians don't actually have lower sex drives, just smarter people who practice safe sex more consistently, and have better access to resources. A modicum of research would have led you to this conclusion.
But with regard to the stimulus package, inclusion of health care actually makes economic sense, and that includes addressing issues of STD's, which cost the state enormous amounts of money in treatment and lost productivity. Stopping the spread of STD's is a good investment of public money. For health in general, increasing health care costs picked up by the government will be a huge burden, as more people lose their employer-provided insurance, unless the stimulus package includes some money to address the problem.
