I wrote this poem for my daughter when she was seven and going through some very traumatic happenings. I am pleased that it meant something to others as well.

Shouldn't we all aspire to the innocent compassion of children?
I like how the poem mixes the magical childhood with the reality to the world's sufferings. Interesting blend!
