I'll bet if Mr. Soul Builder said Christians were trying to take over the world you would get behind him 100%.
And if gentile whites or Christians were attacking the Palestinians, you would not be seeking a solution but blaming the gentiles/christians all the way. Such is the prescribed enemy of the self-hating liberal.

I agree wholeheartedly...
...and in the interest of fairness, I wish the West(particularly the religious right) would stop using the Bible as a weapon against everyone Israel disagrees with. Such an irrational approach to the complex issues facing the Middle East only deepens and perpetuates the hostilities.
The Bible needs to stop being used as America's guidebook to foreign relations! That would go a long way towards greater understanding, based on
reason and not
religion.
Foreign relations should be about the greater good for all of humanity and not about one religious agenda trumping another.
Okay, how do I climb down off this soapbox?

I agree with you 100%. The Israeli and Palestinian conflict has been going on for hundreds of years, ever since David dropped Goliath with a rock from a sling-shot. It appears, the Palestinians are still pissed about that. It's important for us, in the west, to remain neutral and try and broker some kind of lasting peace. Both the Israelis and Palestinians have the right to exist. We as onlookers should support both and help as much as possible. There will always be the few among us who harbor prejudices and these prejudices are usually unfounded. Perhaps these people need to look at themselves in the mirror, they might not like what is staring back.

Yes, I agree with you! 
Prejudice has never solved any problems. The Palestinians and the Israelis are in conflict with each other; both sides are going to have to make concessions. It certainly does not help to demonise them.
