A lot of experiences point to God as the author. I guess that the only proper tool for ascertaining this truth is consciousness itself. There is only one small hurdle...the dark side within! Conquer it and perhaps the proof becomes experiencible!

Re: "Seek and Ye shall find!"

Yes, Sam, I have heard this all my life, and I have become convinced that the only way one may know God is through this method; thru logic, observation, and by comparison wth other as-such developed systems of belief; by sellecting the most probable from amoung all others. Yet, and still, I cannot PROVE that He exists.

Summation: Whether the God, as I perceive Him to be, although He must transcend my own beliefs; He either exists or He doesn't. That's 50%. His existence does not in any way, depend upon my opinion at all.

Perhaps this uncertainty was intended to be and will remain so, so that others with differening dispositions may continue to deny His existence!

Who knows? Who Really, Really, REALLY knows? I suspect that, regardless of what you may say and the number of Scriptures you may be able to quote, you do not know either.

Only my opinion, for what THAT'S worth!

Thanks, Sam, for your obviously inspirational comment

Re: "May God reveal Himself to you in such a way that ..."

is also my wish, TexasG. I also wish that we all will become tolerant enough of each other's Belief differences as to accomodate free and open discussion without being overbearing and self-righteous.

Thank you for your frank comments!

I believe in a hill called Mt. Calvary...
I believe in a God who gave His only Son to be the sin sacrifice for the world as recorded in John 3:16. May God reveal Himself to you in a way that you will be fully persuaded that He was, He is, and He is to come.  Blessings!
