All the knowledgable ones in my family either live in Phoenix or have to be shot in the foot to slow them down enough to get them over here onto my computer for repairs.
I have to try to do it all myself. Scary stuff.....

Don't fret - you are not alone my friend!
I very often have to call on my son or his associates to assist in a multitude of tasks but in my case I reckon it's just procrastination or pure laziness

lol... I hope you are exaggerating... but teenagers do come handy... when they are not driving you crazy. I had Teenagers in my house for 20 years and I am relieved if not happy that I am getting a brake now. My oldest grandson is 7 so soon enough I should have another one around. Take care of you :-) Excellent post!
