I have a paperweight facsimile of an ancient petroglyph carved
by indigeneous people of the Mississippian culture of 1500-2000 years ago. One of North America's largest man-made earthen pyramids, Cahokia Mounds, is not far from here. It shows the face of a man in profile, dressed in tribal regalia, and a couple word symbols.
