I feel like a hyprocrite at xmas
we are a non-religious family and we are celebrating the "Hallmark" way. when i was growing up i questioned it too once the santa claus secret was out. my father was a nazi german athiest and my mother was jewish. isn't this holiday about christ? the only ones in my family that attend church are my son and his wife.
another reason i dread xmas is all of the work and socializing that it involves. cleaning, buying, getting together with people I don't like and try to act nice because it is xmas. and what if i am poor like this year - i really feel like a loser.
just spreading some xmas cheer!!!!

Christmas is the true essance of Christ. His love, joy, and peace can replace the dread of the occasion. I hope you will take another look at the true meaning of this special time.
