This is really excellent; I cannot find words enough to say how relevant and helpful it is---thanks very much. Self forgiveness is supposed to be more difficult than forgiving others, but the latter is not enough to put the past behind. Thanks too for stopping by, and your usual kind comments. I think you will enjoy today's post, as it is close to your heart [and tastes!] I too avoid the usual black tea, and love green and rosemary tea! Blessings and good wishes. Nita.
