I found drinking milk after drinking acid stuff and not drinking
carbonated drinks is the answer for acid reflux. Drinking tea, coffee, and carbonated drinks, plus smoking cigarettes cause it, said a doctor to me.

What an awful thing to have happen. I am glad you are feeling better. I have a Lennon tribute posted. I had planned to save it for the evening post. They are going to find out about the class. I don't think it matters anyway. You will figure your way out of it though! You had enough going this semester. sam
