Thanks lionreign.If one carefully screens all the inputs that impinge on the protoplasm, the attention and the energy( screening inputs carefully to determine their true impact).... becoming soul is a cinch. Self study and research will make you aware of the inputs. Selecting only soul-building inputs will effectively block out the dark side. No food for the dark side!

Thanks! True Self-interest is self-study. Study yourself. In materialism,we look for answers away from ourselves. The answers actually come as one dissects oneself, learns of the 2 selves and their different worlds. Mastering the dark side within is the way to salvation. If you are not soul in life how will you be magically have enhanced soul consciousness on death. Sleeping souls will keep on sleeping because they have no idea of who they are and of their natural lifestyle. Starting with the physical inputs, one must question each one of them. The Gum shelves are full of ASPARTAME. The ice cream shelves are full of splenda. Popular lifestyles are a dead end. You cannot do what everybody else does, yet claim individuality. The really 'individual' person walks with knowledge, not with the crowd. What is bad is bad and must be given up. What is good must be embraced....but 'good' is a matter of self-discovery! I just added a little perspective here! Thanks Again!

I agree with much of this (I have long since reached the conclusion that TV is mental Novocane designed to control the masses and I am not a fan of processed food anyway) I tend to believe that to enjoy life at all healthy food is a necessity because without it we become lethargic and depressed.

such an interesting and informative read.i gave my television set away after noticing the mind numbing effect it had on me, but struggle still with the cell phone necessity of our current times.as for food, man!!i am quite shocked at how i bodies can still function so perfectly with the nourishment it receives, it is so difficult to eat healthy food at an affordable price.i do believe to grow your own is the way to go! thank you for the read!

I am always thinking that no-one listens. Use raw veggies but always include CILANTRO which removes pesticides. I like organ meats like pigs feet and cows feet that replenish connective tissue. Fruits are a good option. One just has to watch out for injected 'ripening enzymes'. I will do a post on on acid/alkaline foods soon. Go to YOUTUBE.COM and look at videos with DR SEBI. It is very enlightening.

Thanks Kabu! That reminds me that I need to do my annual christmas poem! Yet, the reality is that children are coming into a world thats antithetic to spirituality. Hope VS fact! I wish I could convey the world thats on my shoulders. If I give up, the dark side will inundate this hemisphere and WIN! Very few know the real spiritual war thats going on! I better shut up here

Thanks metalrat! Your bag of tricks( I explained this in previous posts) must have what it takes to defeat the dark side at all times. The dark side is forceful so you have to learn its secrets and kill it whenever it rears! It is not a mental chess-match! It is strategy, weapons and knowledge that counts!

Investigating the dark side with a view to eradicating it...is not feeding it. The dark side is a disease, a parasite.... which needs a cure. If you do not know the diseaSE , WHAT KIND OF CURE WILL YOU OBTAIN? Applied knowledge on cutting it down cannot have the opposite effect. Credence? It is real not imaginary. Without tools and methods for defeating the dark side, any soul consciousness is out of the question. The word of GOd? The bible? The Gita? Or is it every word that one intuits? You cannot starve the dark side unless you embark on austerity. Like they say, you can only defeat an enemy by studying him. Sun Tzu will agree here! Can learning an enemy with a view to destroying IT give it life? I don't think so! Once the dark side yoke is demolished, soul lives its life! And, no-one knows what life that will be until soul arrives there! You cannot teach the soul a thing except about how to defeat the dark side. Why? Its a spark of God!

Hi Dave, I just wanted to let you know that I took what you said very seriously about feeding the body good food. I don't like to eat and I never have. There are times when my stomach would growl at me for hours before I would feed it. I noticed that my thoughts go to the dark side, if you will, and I could not control it. So I decided to take your advice and feed myself at least twice a day, a major chore in itself, but I have truly noticed a difference in all facets. Just wanted you to know that your words do not fall on deaf ears. sam

Thank you, my friend. No-one, previously, has analysed life as I do. My type of spirituality gets to the point, perhaps bluntly at times. The dark side is like a yoke that must be shed before one can be happy. That yoke, unfortunately, gives us a high-impact duplicate kind of happy or that which needs triggers to manifest. Mr Soul knows its way around, once the millstone is gone from its neck. Nothing we do, that ignores confronting the dark side, can produce soul consciousness!

Thanks Sam, for this and your follow-up read! The lesson here is that if the health of the physical body and the electrical body is compromised, there is now fertile soil for dark side growth. This is why we have a dark side society. Of course, once the head is won, the dark side is merrily playing itself!

Even though the dark side...
...has many more tools at it's disposal in today's technological matrix, we can still choose to yield to the "better angels of our nature" in all our choices....not that it's easy, because, as you so well illustrated, it's not!

Soul_builder, I have a feeling that the more we dwell on the darkside of our being, the more we give it credence, feed it, and cause it to grow within. Instead, I think it is better to feed our soul on the Word of God and starve the darkside.
