Thank y ou all for your notes about SherSher the kitty.
Just about a day abot, I brought in Sher Sher's favorite food by Purina. He took one sniff of the sack and anxiiously waited for me to open the bag and get it in his bowl. I had previously tried him on "indoor kitty" cat food and wonder if the rouphage was too much for his tummy. It was apparently designed for cats that could not go outside. We tried some out by the bird feeder. The birds and crows would not even touch the stuff. So I am disposing it in the trash in a sealed sack for fear it may harm some other animals. It was made by Purina called Indoor Kitty I think. Plain Purina old standby is the best I've found and so far has had no ill effects.
Thank you again for your concern. SherSher means a lot to me. Some of the time I call him handsome. He's being lying in the sunshine coming through the windows and sleeps with me every night. If I don't sleep in the recliner in the living room, he gets upset and coms to my bed an whines till I get up and go lie down in the correct recliner.
Yes I really love him and sppoil him rotten!

oh they do bring us so much joy, and companionship, and laughter.....and big frights at times.lovely.thank you for the read.
