The flying cow
If the cow survived, imagine the skeptical reception she got upon relating her tale to her bovine friends. "You flew like a bird? Ha! you big silly! Show us your wings. I'll believe you.............When PIGS fly!"
I'll bet that she has really vivid dreams about the experience, too. In her dreams, she is probably "Cow Woman, the cud-chewing, super-powered Holstein heroine" in her black & white spotted costume and mask, armed with a milking pail tied to her tail, who travels in her invisible, flying stock trailer. Her utility belt carrys a "human prod, lasso of truth," and what looks suspiciously like a battery powered branding iron! Look out cowboys! Whatever you do, don't bend over in front of this cow!
