As usual, very entertaining, and often correct. About the doggies: in my extended family we have 2 German Shepherds and 1 Standard Poodle, all very friendly dogs, and well-trained. If a member of the family should be threatened, the poodle, who is currently with me, won't wait for a command, he'd got for the throat...

Peace, u make several valid points...
and I appreciate that.. I too am watching with excitement Obama's policies & administration unfold, and am hoping to be able to make some useful contributions as in the past...btw, some of us weave spirituality & intelligence in their writings, poetry / prose, to convey important messages spanning several areas of life, including politics, but what'd someone like u know / understand / appreciate the value of that :)?..have a great day, best, Ash

Ironically she is the kind of women that a right-wing male would be able to deal with. She is not the proto-type that is either the general female or the female that is being cultivated in our universities.
I didn't vote at all. I must be truly motivated by a candidate to vote. I wasn't at all excited about Palin as I think she's an airhead and McCains old and simple.
I'm waiting with excitement for Obama for better or worse I will be interested. Seems he's hired all the old clinton people. Smart I guess but not neccessarily "Change"

Please go ahead and judge away. Often it's contrasting viewpoints that teach us the most. But also not to argue for the sake of arguing.
I told you I know you're spritual type and will often find my rantings savage, and aggressive but all the more fun I say.
I have/do read others stuff as I commented on your poetry. All the fun is reading others and that creates the inter-action we're all intrigued with.
As for About Me stuff, you will learn about me thru my writings as opposed to a data sheet.
By the way why don't you mix in with the sharks here in politics as the poetry section can get too fu fu.
By the way check my poetry if you dare. ha ha. Or go to either of my political blogs and look at the long history as you may get provoked even more.

I Am Enlightened!
So that's it! I am 6'3" 250+ (the + is now due to Thanksgiving weekend) and I am a far right conservative Republican. Now it all makes sense. My wife has always been a conservative republican. However, she is far from 6'3' 250, lol. However, we are both southern born and bred so we automatically think correctly due to our genes!

Good point that you bring up.
In the case of a couple, assuming they were somewhat compatable, the male will usually be to the right of the female.
In other words if the woman were 2 degrees towards the left, the man would be dead center. If the women were dead center then the man would be 2 degrees to the right.
It is the center that tends to rule as extremes usually come out only in a backlash. And in the case of Obama I think many will be suprised how central he is or will become.
