Thank you all my friends. I got off work just now and began the continuation. Suddenly, I lost the post and in its place I got Hulda Clark! I don't know what's happening! I will redo after I sleep. I am sorry....life sucks sometimes!

Soul,
An interesting presentation here and I wait for your 'continued'. In order to realize the soul, which the East differentiates from the West, in that the West perceive the mind to be the soul, the East does not commingle the two - matter and spirit. It is in this perspective  of elaboration that your write-up would be better understood, as you write from the viewpoint of the eastern understanding, for example, you cite Kali-yuga, the black age. I'm sure you must have earlier talked of Satya, Treta, Dwapar yugas, and as to how with each, the darkness of ignorance goes on increasing - the rationale behind. Nonetheless, I find a lot to understand and discuss and that's why I enjoy reading you.

Wow 101... I always find your writings interesting, but this particular essay is packed full of enlightened observations.  I salute your courage and obvious talent for stating what many think but are afraid to say.  Bravo!

Bold as a lion....
Plain talk, simple truth, well said! Keep on!

Very interesting
and although my approach is less confrontational, I agree with many of your perspectives here.  It is a shame that it is so easy to be distracted from the needs of an enlightened self, by the glitter and glitz of shiny nothings.

you've done your homework.
I always glad to see a free thinker who is not afraid to try and light up the darkness. keep it up!

So they feed the dark side and starve the soul. And then I read Fr. Jamison's article on Disney and it all adds up! A simple life feeds the soul and a person becomes more complete! This is a fine composition! I look forward to the continuation! sam

If less focus were placed on money and power
and less importance attached to it, we would all have a much better chance at life; the way things are though unless we are ultra careful (and this is very difficult usually) it is easy to fall prey to these entrapments; interesting post Dave; many blessings and thanks

There is so much darkness that a bright soul tends to get lost. Materialism has blurred our vision and ability to discriminate between right and wrong. Now its more about compromises and adjustments.

I agree...Staying under the radar is the best policy..If you can see the dark-siders for who they are and your soul is awake to see then you will look nothing more then one of the sheep masses...Another most excellent write Dave!
