I was taken with this poem from two angels: 1) it had the feel of a concrete poem, needed to be said as opposed to read by arrangement of the words; I liked the visual elements too; 2) it had a pattern quality to it, it felt like the shape was a vase then to the plant this not quite finished and thus the top is squared off. A wonderful and impressive effort! sam

I like this one because--or just because I like this write. Besides the playfulness of language and the concept (the poem), I like the tension between the word (concepts), and how they touch but do not exactly become the reality (the subject)....this is a poem, yes? Nothing startling, but completely enjoyable watching someone do their craft well. Hat's off--John
