I don't paint but I do take pictures. I'm not very good at it but it does give me an entirely different kind of release. Thanks also for your comment on my blog.

 Your diet works for this diabetic w/ low blood sugar yeah no more pills but both diet while I have to eat!

My dog absolutely insists we go running every day.

She's a corgi, so she has a pretty powerful personality. But thanks to that mutt, I've lose 25 pounds in a year and am where I should be. Actually, that should be on your list -- people with pets tend to live longer, for a variety of reasons, from relieving stress to, well, to having your ankles nipped by an ecited herding dog who wants to go for a two mile hike...

Good news!

HI! Firstly -thank you so much for your great comments on my work-much appreciated. Secondly going from your list I am going to live to a ripe old age! Ok I should stop smoking but we all have 1 or 2 vices-no? My reason for being....my twin Girls (wether they like it or not!) Kisses. Kate

and also that I do most of these things and yet am 22 lbs overweight.  I am now working on this.  However, I could defenitely use more exercise.  Appreciate the thoughtss of yoour post.
