Re: Isn't this reflecting some xenophobia?
Straightforward - no as a matter of fact it is not xenophobia. The word means an irrational fear of foreigners, so far without exception, every Russian that has registered for my forum has been a spamming idiot intent on dropping porno links. That is without exception and has also been true on all interactive websites and directories I own. The sampling is in the hundreds.

benzinha - it simply cannot be worth it
There are so many internet spammers bombarding every part of the internet with automated scripts that they are effectively destroying their own markets. Like the pop up windows plague of 5 and 6 years ago, I believe we have passed the pinnacle of automated internet spam, we are on the other side of the slope so to speak but unfortunately with still a long way to go. Captcha has helped a lot, spam filters have also helped but the biggest boon to defeating these losers has been general awareness.

gome, they used to destroy my guestbooks on my brother's site for me.

What is it about porn, anyway?

Maybe we should just all give up our day jobs and build some porn sites. We could automate the whole thing and be done with it. Do they really rake in the dough or are they getting so few pennies that they must spread themselves constantly to get any tiny revenue at all?

I suppose that it is good to live in a country that cannot control its internet users or refuses to, rather than in China, where one would suppose that porn sites would be banned, or maybe not.....only mentions of democratic activists and Tiannamen Square are banned.

Maybe porn is tolerated in all nations, as it keeps the fellows home and happy, online and spending without having to provide transportation or city services to them.  !?!?!??!?!!
