however -- others could have challenged -- could have brought this up.
I am sure Ms. Clinton or some of the other Democratic candidates would have brought this up were it valid.
Before the Iowa caucases, this matter would have been settled, and Mr. Obama, had he indeed not been a citizen as required by the Constitution, would have had to drop out of the race.
But that didn't happen, now did it?

This case actually has been going on since Obama received the nomination...the lawyer could not file a suit until Obama had the nomination.....he has been pursuing the Obama campaign on this for some time....but couldn't take any legal action until he was the actual nominee....

This issue is as old as Barack Obama. If there had been any kind of validity to this, it would have been addressed two years ago when Mr. Obama announced.
