Thank u!!! perhaps the new post will throw better light on my dilemma...I have been a career woman albeit not so career centric as many would have liked me to be but yes, there was some satisfaction to be derived out of being my own person.
Now that it is time to come to terms with the reality of the choices I have made, let's see if I can find something that will allow me a bit of both worlds!

sorry for the late reply and thanks!...I would agree with you there, sometimes going through things you wrote a long time ago really makes a positive difference...although I remember wondering often whether through those journals I was attempting to hang on to the past...

I've regretted destroying lots of my journals, as they would have helped me understand myself better now, even if they made me cringe! Good luck
