A beautiful poem ...
... yes ... love is also pain in our world, a teacher that makes us grow to value love even more when it's present - I believe always being present is a good way to really appreciate the intensity and happiness of love ... when gone, memories of love can be strong if present had gratitude -

It must be

an epidemic of sadness in the heart. It is hard to find an inner smile to radiate outward to be returned to me and feel the love from my inner core for myself also. Hope your inner smile will warm your core love to radiate outward so much will return to you.
