I HAVE ALWAYS CONSIDERED THE LINES, "OH, WHAT PEACE WE OFTEN FORFEIT, OH, WHAT NEEDLESS PAIN WE BEAR" TO BE TWO OF THE GREATEST LINES EVER WRITTEN., THANKS KENT

You've got me singing
What A Friend We Have In Jesus. It was my mom & dad's favorite hymn. They just loved all six of their daughters together harmonizing as they sang it for them. I used to sing soprano back then, but several sinus infections that ended in laryngitis has brought me down to a very low alto.
