As long, though, as what you say in so inerently untrue as to be ridiculous, there is no way you can convince me.

But this a good demonstration of conservative mindset -- misinformation and myth is spread and conservatives all treat it as gospel. No wonder our country is in such bad shape. There is no reasoned discourse -- only spreading myth and somehow believing it to be true.

Corbin, why is it so impossible to accept that many Obama soon to be voters

have done their homework, have researched his advisers, his policies, his history? And have concluded, based on the Huge Mess these years of Republican/Bush/Cheney rule have gotten us into, that it is indeed time for the change Obama represents. Though I suspect the change won't be as sweeping, as deeply restructuring of government, as profound as some are hoping for, with good reason, I might add, but we gotta start digging out somewhere and he seems to be the best offering for doing so - I really wish there could be viable Independent parties that wouldn't accept lobbyist/bribe money and thusly wouldn't put the interests of a few greed driven entities ahead of the majority; my vote would go there, if only..
McCain looks to many as just another piler-on - of more wars for the elite, middle class destruction, religious, race, sexual intolerance, corporate welfare expansion, etc. - a swelling of the same, which is today bankrupting our economy, our values, hopes and dreams.
