I know people who believe that there is a sinister plot to launch a "flash" war in various parts of the world and the first thing they'll do is take out power on large scale so that they can position themselves favorably whilst the citizenry of the target countries are not able to receive any up to date information about what is going on in the world. We'll have to wait and see. This may seem a tad ridiculous but I will keep it in mind since those who believe this are fairly rational and extremely well informed about other subjects and very apt at political games.

It is a scary thought. If the server is down at the office, we are helpless - looking at each other, not knowing what to do... Imagine what it would do to our food supply... how prepared are we?
