Hatred is the other side of Love... just let it flow.. through evry vein... through every blood vessel... that's how you reconcile with it... someone told me a long time ago that as hard as we resist something... the more power it gains within us... if we acknowledge it... it looses it's power... then after the hatred is released, there's now space for LOVE...
