Besides the option suggested below, the other option is to temporarily switch off the editing toolbar.
To do this, please go to My Account, click "View or edit preferences" and uncheck "Show toolbar when editing text".

This is a problem specific to Google Chrome. We plan to provide support for Google Chrome in the next update to Blogit, which is due out within two weeks.
In the meantime, a temporary workaround is to use a different web browser such as Firefox or Internet Explorer.
