Old lady joke.
I anticipated the punchline part way through this joke, but still was delighted to get to it. I also polish and tweak my jokes because I think that most people are not gifted at joke telling. As I am hearing most jokes, I am already editing them in my mind, just in case it turns out to be worthy of remembering and retelling.
You have really been on a roll, in the joke department, lately. I salute you, my friend! You are one of the gifted.
