I totally agree. I did the same thing, but the help of a personal trainer is essential. First it's much more fun and you are more motivated and secondly you need someone to teach you how to use the sophisticated machines which, if used wrongly, can cause you injury instead of benefit.

Your advice is good
To save by minimizing the bad habits and speding it on good stuff.
On the lighter side, since i dont smoke i think i would have to cut down on my cheese and butter.
